Authorities arrested Sup. Lito Dumandan Cabamongan and Nedy Acompanado Sabdao Thursday morning whilst in the middle of a pot session in Las Pinas City.
Cabamongan is the Chief of the Crime Laboratory Service Alabang Satellite Office. According to the report, it was around 5:30 in the morning when a concerned citizen informed a nearby police station that there was a pot session in Everlasting Homes, Talon Kuatro in Las Pinas City.
