TORONTO—Peel Region public health officials are alerting people to a possible measles exposure.
The agency was informed that a Hamilton man who visited the Sky Zone Indoor Trampoline Park in Mississauga has been diagnosed with the highly contagious illness.
Officials say anyone who was at the park during the afternoon of March 22 should check their vaccination records and watch for symptoms until April 12.
Measles symptoms can include a high fever, cough, runny nose, sore eyes or sensitivity to light, spotting inside of the mouth and a red rash lasting four to seven days.
Anyone showing signs of illness should call their health care provider immediately.
