A water park in Taipei, Taiwan was set on fire when an explosion on stage spread to the crowd like wildfire, engulfing about 1,000 people who attended the event at the Formosa Water Park on Saturday night.
According to New Taipei City Fire Department liaison officer Wang Wei-Sheng, the explosion was caused by an unknown powder/substance. Investigation is still ongoing.
Around 200 people were injured, 83 of which are in serious condition, said Wang.
