The newly launched 6/58 Ultra Lotto game has made a government worker from Leyte P50-million richer.
Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office (PCSO) acting chairman Jose Ferdinand Rojas II said on Monday that the winner – who betted on the six-digit combination 05-16-17-47-57-58 – is married, with six children, intends to use part of the jackpot to invest in a business. The remainder will be shared with his children and deposited into a savings account.
Aside from the big winner, four players guessed five numbers of the six-digit winning combination, bagging for themselves P178,060 each.
Drawn every Friday, the 6/58 Ultra Lotto started on February 8 of this year.
