MANILA, Philippines – Gokongwei-owned Robinsons Land Corp. (RLC) has set its sights on opening seven new shopping centers over the next two. The property and mall-development giant will also expand three existing malls within that time frame.
The group aims to complete the Robinsons Antique and Cebu malls – two of the seven new malls – as well as expand the existing Novaliches shopping center – one of the three expansion projects – in 2015.
RLC has earmarked the largest chunk of its capital expenses for 2015 to go towards the expansion its mall portfolio, and also its hotel and office investments..
