Cebu Pacific gears for direct flights from Kalibo-Hong Kong, and Cebu-Tokyo

MANILA, Philippines – Cebu Air Inc. (Cebu Pacific) will launch direct flights to from Kalibo, Aklan to Hong Kong and from Mactan, Cebu to Japan by next month.

The Kalibo-Hong Kong flights begin on March 2, three times a week; while Mactan-Tokyo (Narita) flights begin on March 26, four times a week.

The new flights mark an expansion in the carrier’s services from its hubs outside of Manila. Cebu Pacific maintains six hubs in the country: Ninoy Aquino International Airport (NAIA) in Manila, Diosdado Macapagal International Airport (DMIA) in Clark, Davao International Airport l; Iloilo International Airport, and the airports in Cebu and Kalibo.

Airbus A320 aircraft will be used for the new flights.
