MANILA — Full line operations will be implemented at the Light Rail Transit Line 1 (LRT-1) during the Papal Visit from Jan 15 to 19, although Quirino Station will be closed on certain days and hours.
Via Twitter, LRT spokesperson Hernando Cabrera made the announcement, posting an attached LRT-1 Quirino Station closure schedule where there will be no loading and unloading during those dates.
The schedule is as follows:
Jan 15
— 5 am to 4 pm (Normal operations for the whole line)
— 4 pm to 10 pm (Normal operations for the whole line except that no loading and unloading of passengers at Quirino Station; Quirino Station will be closed to passengers)
Jan 16
— 5 am to 10 pm (Normal operations for the whole line except that no loading and unloading of passengers at Quirino station ((Quirino station will be closed to passengers))
Jan 17
— 5 am to 9 am (Normal operations for the whole line except that no loading and unloading of passengers at Quirino station; Quirino station will be closed to passengers)
— 9 am to 5 pm (Normal operations for the whole time)
— 5 pm to 10 pm (Normal operations for the whole line except that no loading and unloading of passengers at Quirino station; Quirino station will be closed to passengers)

— 5 am to 9 am (Normal operations for the whole line except that no loading and unloading of passengers at Quirino station; Quirino station will be closed to passengers)
