The provinces without power are Northern Samar, Eastern Samar, Sorsogon, Leyte, Iloilo and Bohol.

Based on the NGCP’s 3:00 p.m. update, the provinces have been left without power due to the following electric cooperatives in the areas affected by the typhoon — NORSAMLECO, ESAMELCO, SOLECO, DORELCO, SAMELCO, BILECO, LEYECO 2, LEYECO 3, LEYECO 4, LEYECO 5, ILECO 3, BOHECO and BOHECO 2.

On the other hand, the NGCP has already restored power in QUEZELCO, ALINDECO, BOHECO, BOHECO 2, with some parts of LEYECO 3.

Meanwhile, NGCP said power connection between Luzon and Visayas has not been affected, through the Leyte-Luzon 350 kv high voltage direct current link (hvdc) withstanding the typhoon.
