MANILA — The northeast monsoon will continue to prevail over Northern and Central Luzon on Wednesday, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) said.
In its weather forecast, PAGASA said Cordillera, Cagayan Valley, the province of Aurora, Ilocos Region and the rest of Central Luzon will experience scattered rains due to the northeast monsoon.
Metro Manila and the rest of the country will experience partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers due to localized thunderstorms.
Northern Luzon will have strong winds coming from the northeast while coastal waters will be rough to very rough. (PNA)
