PNoy, Garin face mass murder, plunder raps

By , on December 27, 2017

After yesterday’s appearance in a Senate probe into the Dengvaxia mess, former president Benigno Aquino III and ex-health secretary Janette Garin now face mass murder and plunder complaints over the anti-dengue vaccine.

Former Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (Tesda) chief Augusto “Boboy” Syjuco Jr. on Friday filed a complaint before the Office of the Ombudsman.

“I file this complaint for the crimes of mass murder and other related and resultant crimes through reckless imprudence, and negligence, and plunder, and graft and corruption, for and on behalf of 733,000 school children who were inoculated with the deadly vaccine Dengvaxia through apparent recklessness and negligence, and their apparent anxiety to spend P3.5 billion of public funds,” Syjuco said in his complaint.

Comparing this fiasco to the death of SAF 44 members in which Aquino was also linked to, Syjuco called the Dengvaxia controversy the Mamasapano of the health sector.
Syjuco also said in his complaint that in rendering the immunization program, Aquino treated 733,000 nine-year-olds and older as human guinea pigs.
