DAVAO CITY – Twenty-six of the 37 charred bodies recovered inside the NCCC Mall in Davao City have already been identified, as of 11 p.m. Tuesday, by the authorities thru their relatives and friends and from the possession recovered with the bodies.

The foreign-sounding name in the initial list, Hongijangjian, was meanwhile removed from the official list as authorities suspect the earlier information was either an error or a prank.
