MANILA – – Branches of Ayala-led Bank of the Philippine Island (BPI) and its thrift banking arm, BPI Family Savings Bank (BFSB), will operate on extended banking hours on the remain weekdays of December 2017 until January 3, 2018.

Since last Dec. 8, 119 BPI branches and 49 BFSB branches have been operating until 6 p.m. on weekdays and this will be implemented until Jan. 3 next year, the bank said in an advisory.

It said 96 BPI and 17 BFSB branches have been operating on Saturdays since last Dec. 9 and this will last until Dec. 23.

BPI EVP and Retail Banking head Joey Gotuaco said the extended banking hours gives their customers convenience during the holidays.

“We will also be extra vigilant in making available our automated ATM (Automated Teller Machine), online, mobile and phone banking channels,” he said.

BPI clients can access the complete list of BPI and BFSB branches that have extended operating hours through the bank’s website.
