Angeline Quinto confirms her Mama Bob’s passing

Angeline Quinto’s latest social media post was filled with condolences as she announced the passing of her adoptive mother whom she calls Mama Bob.

In her post on Saturday, November 7, the 30-year-old singer said she will never get tired of thanking her Mama Bob for giving her the opportunity to be her daughter.

Mag-iingat ka sa pag lalakbay Mama. Hindi man kita maalalayan sa paglalakad ngayon patungo sa paraiso, masaya ako nandyan ang Panginoon para umalalay sayo (Take care in your journey, Mama. While I may not be able to assist you as you go to paradise, I’m happy that the Lord is there to guide you),” she said.

Hanggang sa muli nating pagkikita MAHAL NA MAHAL KONG MAMA BOB (Until we meet again, my dearest Mama Bob),” she added.

In another post, Angeline posted a quote that says, “If I had one wish, it would be to hear my Mom say my name again.” Other celebrities and some netizens sent their condolences through the comment section of Angeline’s post.

Last September, Angeline asked for prayers for her Mama Bob. The singer did not disclose further details at that time, but said she was undergoing the ‘greatest challenge of her life.’

Angeline has been posting her shared moments with her Mama Bob on Instagram as she continued to cheer up the latter, and express how much she loves and misses her. She has posted a photo of them dining out, as well as a video clip of her singing while her Mama Bob was sitting on the couch.

In one post, Angeline shared a captured moment of her and her Mama Bob whom she described as her ‘life’ and ‘world’ in the caption.
