Fans of Ben&Ben can expect more content from the nine-man folk-pop band, after it hit one million subscribers on YouTube on Friday, July 31.

To celebrate this and thank their supporters, Ben&Ben has a gift for them which they announced on their social media accounts — a “brand new series” called “BBTV” will be launched on their YouTube channel next Wednesday.

Vocalist and guitarist Paolo Benjamin Guico, the other half of the band’s twin vocalists, had tweeted that if they reach one million subscribers on the online video-sharing site, they will be doing a “headbang” version of their heart-tugging song “Pagtingin,” and will also do covers of K-pop songs.

Being true to their word, the band said they will include in the “BBTV” series the “Pagtingin headbang version, kpop covers, music, kwentuhan (story sharing), kasabawan (silliness).”

Along with their caption is a video wherein the band members revealed that they started living together to write their second album. The band also said that they have been filming a lot of videos that their fans can expect to be released every Wednesday.

Sobrang feel na feel namin ‘yung love niyo, sobrang thank you guys (We could really feel your love, thank you very much guys),” bassist Agnes Reoma said in the video.

Ben&Ben has earlier caught attention in South Korea, topping the Melon Realtime Search Chart. The band’s song “Leaves,” which was also included in the trending list, was played by some Korean artists like Mark Lee of boy group NCT and Momo and Nayeon of girl group Twice during their V Live broadcasts. Rock band Day6’s Young K also praised the song, saying “it was amazing” and that he was “surprised.”

On Wednesday, Ben&Ben dropped the official music video of one of their latest songs, “Lifetime,” which was inspired by the heartbreaking story of a fan who had feelings for her best friend but chose to keep it as she was scared of losing their friendship. It was only before her best friend’s wedding when the fan learned that he also loved her for five years.

When the music video was released, Ben&Ben asked their fans, “How u guys doin’,” to which many replied with crying memes.
