ANKARA – The Los Angeles Lakers signed US shooting guard JR Smith on Wednesday.

JR Smith, 34, played for the Cleveland Cavaliers in 2015-2019 and won the NBA title in 2016.
He will be playing alongside superstar LeBron James at the Lakers. The two were teammates at the Cavaliers.
Smith was a free agent as the Cavaliers waived him in 2019.
The paused 2019-20 season in the NBA will begin on July 30 at the ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex near Orlando, Florida. (Anadolu)
