Presidential spokesman Harry Roque said that Communications Assistant Secretary Mocha Uson should learn how to control herself to stay relevant.
In an interview with ANC, the spokesman said that: “She will pay a very heavy price if she does not control herself.”
Roque believes that Uson will “become irrelevant” if she will not learn from the criticisms thrown at her.
“I think a big chunk of the population have expressed disagreement over what she’s doing. And if she continues to ignore this, she will become irrelevant,” Roque told ANC.
He added that if Uson wants to maintain her popularity in the past, then she better “attune her communication to what the public needs and wants.”
Roque stressed that when it comes to freedom of speech, “you are free to say anything and everything, but don’t expect the public to love everything that you say.”
