Kian ‘intentionally killed’, autopsy shows

By , on December 13, 2017

A lot of different sides of the story have been surfacing on how the 17-year-old Kian Delos Santos was killed but on Monday, the Public Attorney’s Office (PAO) released information following his re-autopsy, saying Delos Santos was “intentionally killed”.

According to PAO medicolegal officer Erwin Erfe, the teenager was shot three times, first on his left back that hit the lungs and the second and third was on his left ear, crushing his brain.

Contrary to police spot report, the medicolegal officer said that all evidences lead to intentional killing as there were no indications that Kian battled with the police as he did not have bruises or contusion in his body.

“Instead, the boy sustained injuries in the stomach, which suggest he was hit by something hard,” Erfe elaborated.

Furthermore, PAO chief Persida Rueda-Acosta said “These wounds will speak for him, and the wounds show there’s intentional killing.”
