MANILA — Most parts of Luzon may experience rainshowers due to the northeast monsoon affecting extreme northern Luzon and the tail-end of a cold front affecting the eastern part of the island.
State weather agency Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) said Sunday the tail-end of a cold front will cause cloudy skies with scattered rainshowers during thunderstorms over Cagayan Valley, Cordillera, Bicol, Calabarzon, Aurora, Nueva Ecija and Bulacan.
On the other hand, northeast monsoon will bring cloudy skies with light rains over Metro Manila, Ilocos and rest of Central Luzon.
The rest of the country will experience partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers, according to PAGASA.
Meanwhile, moderate to strong winds will prevail over Luzon, and its coastal waters will be moderate to rough.
Light to moderate winds will prevail over the rest of the archipelago with slight to moderate seas, PAGASA said. (PNA)
