MANILA — State weather agency Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) said a low pressure area (LPA) will bring rains in parts of the country on Thursday.
In its 24-hour bulletin, PAGASA said the regions of Ilocos, Cordillera, Cagayan Valley, and Aurora province will have cloudy skies with scattered rainshowers and thunderstorms.The LPA was last observed in the vicinity of Natonin, Mountain Province.
PAGASA said the rest of the country will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies and isolated rainshowers, mostly in the afternoon or evening. Coastal waters in northern and central Luzon will be moderate to rough. (PNA)
