MANILA — The low pressure area (LPA) spotted 245 kilometers east southeast of Hinatuan, Surigao del Sur will cause rains over most parts of archipelago, state weather agency Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) said Monday.
Metro Manila, Bicol, Calabarzon, Mimaropa, Aurora, Visayas and Mindanao will experience cloudy skies with scattered rainshowers and thunderstorms.
The rest of Luzon, on the other hand, will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms.
Light to moderate winds will blow from southwest to south over western part of Luzon, and its coastal waters will be slight to moderate. Light to moderate winds will also prevail over the rest of Luzon,Visayas and Mindanao with slight to moderate seas, PAGASA said. (PNA)
