MANILA – Michelle Dee, the daughter of Miss International 1979 Melanie Marquez and businessman Frederick Dee, has started to appear on runways, billboards, magazines, and other advertisements.
“Being in the same household has kind of prepared me for life as a model,” she said in an interview with the Inquirer.net. “[But] I came to shoots as Michelle Dee… I never told them that I’m also a Marquez until they started asking about my background.”
Dee spent her childhood in the United States. Currently, she is taking up AB Psychology at the De La Salle University. By the sidelines, she is also making a name in the modeling industry.
The 21-year-old fashion model may have just begun her career but she already got the attention of photographer BJ Pascual who gushed how he was already ‘in love’ after their first photo shoot.
