MANILA—The Sandiganbayan First Division allowed Senator Ramon “Bong” Revilla Jr. to leave again his detention cell at the Philippine National Police (PNP) Custodial Center in Camp Crame, Quezon City on Monday afternoon.

This was in connection with the motion filed by Revilla on March 22, 2016 which said that he needed to undergo dental CT scan in a dental center in Makati City.

The dental CT scan schedule of Revilla was supposed to be on April 9, 2016, but his dentist was not available then, hence, it was deferred to April 11, 2016.

The Sandiganbayan First Division also allowed Revilla last year to leave Camp Crame for five days to undergo various dental procedures in Makati City.

Revilla is facing plunder and graft charges before the Sandiganbayan for his alleged involvement in the Priority Development Assistance Fund (PDAF) scam.
