MANILA – Liberal Party standard bearer Mar Roxas on Tuesday shrugged off his shoulder on the latest Pulse Asia survey that shows Vice President Jejomar Binay retake the top choice.

Roxas said he was not saddened by the latest survey conducted nationwide from Dec. 4 to 11 showing him steady at fourth place.

He said the best survey is still on the day of election this May 2016.

“Nakita natin na magulo pa ito: noong isang buwan, si Grace ang una. Noong isang linggo, si Duterte. Ngayon naman, si Binay. Baka sa susunod, tayo na,” the former Interior and Local Government Secretary said.

What is important, he said, he had clean record in governance, clear platform and very clear to every electorate where he wanted to bring the country in the next six years. “Tuloy lang ang trabaho natin.”

The survey showed Binay getting the nod of 33 percent of the 1,800 respondents who were registered voters aged 18 and above from different parts of the country.

Pulse Asia said in second place were Davao City Mayor Rodrigo Duterte with 23 percent and Senator Grace Poe with 21 percent. Closely behind them was former Interior Secretary Mar Roxas with 17 percent, followed by Senator Miriam Defensor Santiago with 4 percent.
