MANILA — The Philippine National Police (PNP) released a CCTV footage of the moment three foreigners and one Filipino were abducted from an upscale resort in Samal Island in Davao Monday night.
According to reports, at least eleven armed men attacked the Holiday Ocean View Samal Resort and seized Canadians John Ridsdel and Robert Hall, a Filipino woman named Teresita Flor, and Kjartan Sekkingstad, the resort’s Norwegian marina manager.
