“Hindi ko po ini-expect na mananalo po ako sa ‘The Voice Kids’ kaya sobrang saya ko po,” Nympha told the hosts of “It’s Showtime.”
(I was not expecting that I will win, so I’m very happy.)
“Nagpapasalamat ako sa lahat ng bumoto sa akin, lalo na po sa taga-Bulacan, sa Kamuning, sa lahat ng kababayan ko diyan. Thank you po sa pagboto sa pag-support sa akin,” she said.
(I would like to thank all those who voted for me, those who were living in Kamuning, Bulacan. Thank you for voting and for supporting me.)
Coach Bamboo Manalac, Nympha’s coach was also very emotional after her win.
“I am, I am [very emotional]. I’m very invested in my kids, it’s that simple…Sassa was great, but I just thought Elha, this was hers,” he said. “I was very emotional at the finals… I knew the moment she nailed it, I knew nothing could be said, nobody can say anything. I told her, let’s not give anybody any excuses. We just have to be at our best…and then she did that consistently amazing,” added Manalac.
