MANILA, Philippines – The Civil Service Commission (CSC) released the results of its 2014 Report Card Survey (RCS) of government agencies most complained about by the public via the agency’s “Contact Center ng Bayan.”

Of the 1,023 government offices surveyed, ninety-six-percent or 984 offices garnered passing marks, while four-percent or 39 offices, failed the survey.

Among the agencies surveyed were the Land Transportation Office (LTO), Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR), Government Service Insurance System (GSIS), Social Security System (SSS), Professional Regulation Commission (PRC), Land Registration Authority (LRA), Home Development Mutual Fund (HDMF), Philippine Statistics Authority-National Statistics Office (PSA-NSO) and the Philippine Health Insurance Corp. (PhilHealth).
