MANILA –During an interview on TV talk show, “The Buzz” on Sunday, actress Lovi Poe said that she has already moved on from the issue she had with director and producer Erik Matti in September of this year.

The row between Matti and Poe began after the former vented his frustrations on social media, alleging that he was having a hard time getting the actress to return to shoot a film sequel despite having a “solid contract” between them.

Poe starred in “Tiktik: The Aswang Chronicles” – Matti’s film which was released in 2012 – and was supposed to come back for the sequel, “Kubot: The Aswang Chronicles.

According to Matti, however, the actress’ camp simply said no when she was asked to return on set; even after the director had  reportedly exhausted all possible options to get her to come back.

Poe said on The Buzz that although there have been no opportunities thus far to resolve things with Matti, she has already moved on from the controversy.

“Walang pagkakataon makapag-usap (There has not been a chance to talk about it.),” she said.

“Pero for me naman, sa akin, okay lang. Okay na ako. Nag-move on na talaga ako from it (But for me, it’s okay. I’m okay. I have really moved on from it.) I wish him all the best this Christmas,” Poe said.
