MANILA – A resolution mandating the arraignment of Jo Christine and James Christopher Napoles, children of alleged pork queen Janet Lim Napoles, on charges of graft has been issued by the Sandiganbayan 3rd Division.

The arraignment of the Napoles siblings, as well as seven others who face graft charges relative to the P10-B pork barrel scam , has been set for November 19 at 1:30 p.m.

The anti-graft court threw out the motion for reconsideration earlier filed by the Napoles siblings, who questioned the validity of the graft charges against them.

Seven others will be arraigned on November 19; namely, Budget Usec. Mario Relampagos, Lalaine Paule, Marilou Bare, Rosario Nunez, Antonio Ortiz, Myla Ogerio, and Ronald John Lim.
