MANILA — The Board of Commissioners of Bureau of Immigration (BI) Thursday morning issued a deportation order against German national Marc Sueselbeck.

According to BI Spokesperson Atty. Elaine Tan, the deportation order was issued following the motion for voluntary deportation filed by Sueselbeck last Tuesday.

The order states that Sueselbeck, in filing a motion for voluntary deportation, is “deemed to admit the charges against him, agrees to have his name placed in the Black List and be barred from re-entering the country, and undertakes to secure his outbound ticket”.

Sueselbeck will be able to leave the Philippines as a deportee subject to presentation of an outbound ticket and the National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) clearance.

Sueselbeck is the German fiancé of slain Filipino transgender Jeffrey “Jennifer” Laude, who was allegedly killed by United States Marine Private First Class Joseph Scott Pemberton in Olongapo City last October 11.

He was earlier charged by the Armed Forces of the Philippines (AFP) for scaling up the perimeter fence and shoving a military police inside Camp Aguinaldo, Quezon City in an apparent attempt to have a glimpse of Pemberton.
