MANILA — The 13 private individuals who are co-accused of suspended Senator Juan Ponce Enrile and Atty. Gigi Reyes in the graft case in connection with the alleged misuse of the Priority Development Assistance Fund (PDAF) will be arraigned at the Sandiganbayan on October 13.

Atty. Dennis Pulma, spokesman of the Sandiganbayan Third Division, on Monday said the Court found probable cause in the graft case filed against the following private individuals:

— Jo Christine and James Christoper Napoles, the children of Janet Lim Napoles; — Jesus Castillo; — Dorilyn Fabian; — Renato Ornopia; — Rodrigo Galay; — Laarni Uy; — Hernani Dichon; — Eulogio Rodriguez; — Evelyn De Leon; — Jocelyn Piorato; — Nitz Cabilao; and — Mylene Encarnacion.

Rodriguez, De Leon, Piorato, Cabilao and Encarnacion had earlier been scheduled for arraignment, however, they failed to appear at the Sandiganbayan.

Pulma said the Court will issue a warrant of arrest against three other individuals who remain at-large, namely:

— Aileen Palama, Amparo Fernando and Margarita Guadinez.

Pulma added that if the three other individuals will voluntarily appear at the Sandiganbayan, they can post bail for their temporary liberty.
