The Philippine Consulate General in Toronto announced that it will be closed on August 4 in celebration of Canada’s civic holiday.
Canada’s civic holiday is an annual event on the first Monday of August.
It is observed to allow some provinces and municipalities in the country to recognize and commemorate their local culture, history, and achievement.
