The third quarter gave way for TNT’s improved interior defense, but it was no matchto Alaska’s run-and-gun game with Casio and Baguio leading the score to 63-54.
TNT struggled to score during the fourth quarter but the Aces led the game to a close with Walker pulling up and Sonny Thoss and Casio making scores up to the final minute. Walker was named Best Player of the Game.
Compton stressed after the game that the Aces will maintain its use of the triangle offense adding that they will not change a system that already works.
