First, a photo with President Noynoy Aquino with Jeane Napoles received negative reactions from the masses. Now, deputy presidential spokesperson Abigail Valte is in the limelight for a photo that’s spreading like wildfire on social media.
The photo shows two women, who seem to be trying on shoes, assisted by two sales ladies. Abigail Valte reportedly closed down the Hong Kong store in order to shop exclusively.
The photo was first posted on Instagram by a certain @awakenedtiger with the photo caption: “That moment when they close the Celine store for my sissy @queenxtin and I.”
Upon checking, the said Instagram account doesn’t exist on Instagram, but further research led to the website twtrland and showed that @awakenedtiger is under the account of a certain @jeanenapoles, with over 3,300 followers.
Valte, a lawyer by profession, simply laughed at the photo.
“Hindi ko man lang kamukha (she doesn’t even look like me),” Valte said on her Twitter account.
“Nice try!” she added.
The photo couldn’t have surfaced at a more perfect time. Just last week, photos of PNoy with Jeane Napoles circulated around the internet and got negative comments from netizens.
Jeane Napoles is the youngest daughter of businesswoman Janet Lim-Napoles, the alleged mastermind of the controversial pork barrel scam.
