REALTORS® for Lapu-Lapu: One Cause. One Heart. One Kapwa.

What started as a quiet conversation between a few local Filipino REALTORS® has grown into something much greater – a community led fundraiser born from heartbreak, and powered by hope.

In the wake of the tragic events at the Lapu-Lapu Festival, what began as grief quickly became purpose. A shared vision emerged: to honour the lives lost, support the families affected, and bring our broader community together in unity.

We now invite everyone: agents, clients, families, and friends to join us in a day rooted in reflection, healing, and celebration.

What to Expect

• A Memorial Wall to honour and remember lives lost and
• Cultural performances, including Tinikling dancers, live
• Karaoke for a Cause — an open mic opportunity to sing, heal, and
• A Silent Auction featuring generous donations from local businesses and REALTORS®
• Photo Booths and “Tita’s Lounge”, a relaxed space for conversation and
• Food vendors offering Filipino favourites like lumpia, pancit,lechon, and
• Face painting and family-friendly activities for kids of all
