MANILA–For the convenience of real property owners in Makati, the City Treasurer’s Office has released the schedule of the Computerized Real Property Tax Payment in the barangays for the second quarter, which will start on Tuesday.

The satellite payment centers in barangay halls, manned by authorized city hall personnel, will be open on scheduled dates from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. to accept payments. Taxpayers only need to present their previous receipt, and they will be issued an electronic receipt upon payment. Each transaction usually takes about five minutes.

On April 4, the payment centers will be opened in Barangays Bel-Air and Urdaneta, followed by Forbes Park and Dasmariñas on April 5. The schedule for the rest of the week is as follows: April 6, Barangays Magallanes and San Lorenzo; and April 7, Barangays Bangkal, Pio del Pilar, San Isidro, Palanan, and San Antonio.
