MANILA –The Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) has conducted clearing operations on structures at the northbound direction of the 3-kilometer road from Bonifacio Drive, Port Area to R-10 in Tondo, Manila on Wednesday.

DPWH-National Capital Region (NCR) Director Melvin Navarro noted that teams composed of the DPWH, Metro Manila Development Authority (MMDA) and local government units (LGUs) were formed to clear road obstructions along major thoroughfares in the National Capital Region (NCR).
