MANILA—Daang Matuwid’s presidential bet Mar Roxas on Thursday said he is ready to give all information about his campaign and wealth for the sake of transparency.

“Lahat naman itong mga suporta, mga ads ay isu-submit matapos ang halalan kaya bukas ako, bukas lahat ng records, wala akong tinatago, malinis ang aking track record.”

Presidential-aspirant Senator Miriam Defensor-Santiago on Wednesday invited other presidential candidates to do a lifestyle check, saying that the recent proliferation of campaign advertisements was well beyond their respective Statement of Assets, Liabilities and Net Worth or SALN.

When asked about where the funds for his campaign spending comes from, Roxas clarified that it came both from his personal funds as well as the donations of friends and supporters of Daang Matuwid and all it stood for.

“I would say that it’s a combination. Maraming naniniwala na dapat ipagpatuloy ang Daang Matuwid at sila mismo, tumutulong, sinasalubong tayo,” he explained.
