Kate Hudson lifestyle advice book, ‘Pretty Happy,’ coming out in February

NEW YORK—Kate Hudson is the latest actress with advice to share on health and wellness.

Dey Street Books announced Tuesday that it is publishing Hudson’s “Pretty Happy: Healthy Ways to Love Your Body,” set for release in February.

According to Dey Street, an imprint of William Morrow, the Oscar-nominated actress will offer ”inspiration and motivation” for women on “fitness, nutrition and a mindful lifestyle.”

Cameron Diaz, Lea Michele and Jessica Alba are among the other actresses who have recently published lifestyle books.

Hudson, 36, is best known for the film “Almost Famous.

” She currently co-stars with Bill Murray in “Rock the Kasbah.” In 2013, she co-founded Fabletics, a line of athletic wear.
