On hand at the event, being held mainly at Evergreen Brick Works, will be Australian cookbook author and TV host Curtis Stone; Montreal restaurateur Chuck Hughes; “Top Chef” critic Gail Simmons; renowned French chef Daniel Boulud; and Michelin-starred pastry chef Johnny Iuzzini.

Also on tap will be chefs Connie DeSousa and John Jackson of Calgary’s Charcut, Vancouver’s David Hawksworth, Victor Barry of Toronto’s Splendido, Jason Bangerter of Langdon Hall in Cambridge, Ontario, and local sustainable food advocate Jamie Kennedy.
