MANILA – The Senate Electoral Tribunal (SET) scheduled its preliminary hearing on a disqualification case at 10 a.m. on Friday – Senator Grace Poe, respondent, and former senatorial candidate Rizalito David, petitioner, were expected to appear.

Senator Vicente “Tito” Soto III confirmed Poe and David’s attendance, with the latter questioning the lady senator’s citizenship and eligibility for an elective post.

“I am still contemplating on what to do. I will decide on what to do after we hear the presentations tomorrow,” he said in a Philippine Daily Inquirer report.
