The poll was conducted by travel accommodations website Hotels.
com, the French language bested Italian and British English, which placed second and third, respectively.
It’s not just France’s architecture and culture that attracts visitors, apparently.
The experience of immersing one’s self with such a romantic language is more than enough reason for globetrotters to flock to La Ville-Lumière and beyond.
The language’s sensual charm never fails to make most women of any nationality swoon and start thinking of long walks by the beach, hand in hand, even if the person speaking French is just ordering a sandwich.
While French may be the sexiest, respondents said that Italian is the most expressive language, which usually includes flailing hand gestures to emphasize what you mean.
