After seven years apart, Kapamilya actress Liza Soberano has finally reunited with her American mother Jacqulyn Elizabeth Hanley.

They had then become emotional and excited after seeing each other at the San Francisco International Airport in California, United States.

“I’m overwhelmed right now. I’m so happy, Jacqulyn said in an interview with ABS-CBN.

Liza and her on-screen partner Enrique Gil will have an international screening of their movie “Just the Way You Are” in North America.

Liza then took the opportunity to meet with her mother. She even shared her anticipation in Twitter, posting ‘On the plane!!!! Here we go Sanfo!!! Im coming home Mommy.’

“The moment. Nakaka-touch. Nakakaiyak. Pitong taong hindi nagkita. Kaya sa hotel room, umaatikabong kuwentuhan, tsikahan, emote-emote ang naganap sa mag-ina” Ogie Diaz, Liza’s manager said, posting a photo of the two in their emotional reunion.

(That moment. It’s touching. It makes you cry. Have not seen each other for seven years.

That’s why in the hotel room, a lot of catching up and emotional moments between the two happened.)
