Philippine Consulate in Calgary to hold Saturday consular services on August 15

The Philippine Consulate General in Calgary will hold its Saturday Consular Services (SCS) on August 15, 2026, from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM giving Filipino nationals in the area access to consular services outside regular weekday office hours.

The service will be held at the consulate’s office, Suite 100, 1001 1st St SE, Calgary, Alberta T2G 5G3, according to an announcement posted on the official Facebook page of the Philippine Consulate General in Calgary (PH in Calgary).

Those seeking passport-related transactions are advised to book their appointments through the Department of Foreign Affairs’ official passport website, www.passport.gov.ph

For non-passport transactions, appointments can be booked through the consulate’s dedicated appointment portal at https://appointment.calgarypcg.ca/.

The consulate said payments may be made by debit or credit card, though applicants were advised to bring cash as a backup option.

Residents seeking further information on documentary requirements were directed to the consulate’s website, www.calgarypcg.ca, or to email calgarypcg.consular@dfa.gov.ph.

The Saturday Consular Services initiative is aimed at accommodating Filipino nationals who are unable to process consular transactions during regular weekday hours, particularly those with work schedules that conflict with standard office hours.

The consulate did not specify in its announcement which specific services, beyond passport and non-passport transactions, would be made available during the August 15 session. Filipino nationals in Calgary and the surrounding area are encouraged to secure their bookings ahead of the scheduled date.
