Families of EJK victims, legal counsel send-off delegation bound for The Hague

QUEZON CITY — The families of extrajudicial killings (EJK) and their legal counsel hold a press conference for the send-off of their delegation to The Hague, The Netherlands ahead of ex-president Rodrigo Duterte’s confirmation of charges before the International Criminal Court (ICC) for his crimes against humanity case.

They also expressed their demand for the arrest of incumbent senators Bong Go and Bato Dela Rosa, whom the ICC named as Duterte’s alleged co-perpetrators in committing a “common plan“.

The schedule of the 4-day hearing will be set on February 23, 24, 26, and 27, from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. CET (5 p.m. to 10 p.m. Manila Time).
