Consul General Gina A. Jamoralin Addresses the Kick-off Reception of the East by Northwest Summit (EXNW 2025)

18 July 2025, Vancouver, B.C. – Consul General Gina A. Jamoralin delivered her keynote address at the Kick-Off Reception of the 3rd Annual East by Northwest (EXNW 2025) Summit held at the RBC Tower in Vancouver, B.C on 18 July 2025 organized by the Racial Equity Screen Office (RESO).

In her remarks, Consul General Jamoralin commended the gathering of visionaries, innovators, and storytellers from Thailand, South Korea, Singapore, Taiwan and Canada who are shaping the future of media and entertainment across film, TV, streaming, gaming and animation.

  The Consul General also extended a warm welcome to the Philippine delegation led by Chairperson Jose Javier Reyes of the Film Development Council of the Philippines who took part in the Summit as panelist.  The event celebrated the rich diversity and innovation that defines the Asia-Pacific screen sector, highlighting how international collaboration can drive co-productions, investment, and creative exchange.
