WASHINGTON – A US judge on Tuesday temporarily blocked President Donald Trump’s plan to freeze federal aid.
US District Judge Loren AliKhan ordered the Trump administration not to block funding for ongoing programs until Monday in a hearing at a Washington court, according to media reports.
