DonBelle visits “It’s Showtime” and tries its luck in new segment…

Well-loved “It’s Showtime” segment ‘Trabahula’ makes a comeback after eight years with a fresh twist in “And The Breadwinner Is,” wherein they pay tribute to the family’s breadwinners and hear their stories of hard work and sacrifices.

In its first episode, phenomenal loveteam, Donny Pangilinan and Belle Mariano, with their madlang partner, teamed up to try and guess the breadwinner call center agent among the three contestants based on their movement, appearance, and their answers to the host’s question.

Unfortunately, they could not guess the real breadwinner and their madlang partner walked away with a P5,000 consolation prize.

Meanwhile, viewers learned about the story of the real breadwinner Ana Marissa de Mesa, who took home a negosyo package and four pairs of shoes. Vice also pledged to give her a refrigerator and P20,000 while DonBelle also added P50,000 to her winnings.

Netizens tuned into the new segment as #AndThe BreadwinnerIsShowtime and DonBelle’s visit to the hit noontime show trended on Twitter.

Catch “It’s Showtime” every 12:00PM on A2Z, Kapamilya Channel, Kapamilya Online Live, GMA, GTV, ABS-CBN Entertainment’s YouTube channel and Facebook page, iWantTFC, TFC, and GMA Pinoy TV. The program’s online show “Showtime Online U” is also available on It’s Showtime’s YouTube channel.
