Kapamilya network welcomes nervous Sharon

MANILA — TV station ABS-CBN, welcomes back Megastar Sharon Cuneta, who admitted that she felt “nervous” being back in the Kapamilya network.

Cuneta signed a contract with the network on Monday.

The signing was witnessed by ABS-CBN president and CEO Charo Santos-Concio, channel head Cory Vidanes, and other Kapamilya network executives.

Cuneta moved to TV5 in 2011, after being reportedly offered with P1 billion.

The Megastar shared on her Facebook account that she had been waiting to return to the station adding that “home is where the heart is.”

ABS-CBN has been Cuneta’s home station for 23 years. Her come-back was welcomed by her fans who posted their insights via social networking sites.

“Sharon Cuneta” also became the eighth trending topic on Twitter yesterday.
