P61-M lotto jackpot bagged by jobless man from Zambales
MANILA, Philippines – The sole winner of the P61 million pot in the 6/42 Regular Lotto draw on February 3 told the Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office (PCSO) yesterday that he still has not decided how he will spend his winnings.
The winner, a jobless man from Zambales, claimed his prize money last Friday at PCSO’s central office in Mandaluyong City.
According to the PCSO’s acting chairperson, Jose Ferdinand Rojas II, the man has been betting P20 on Lotto tickets since 1995. He would always bet the same combination of numbers, 05-11-13-22-26-38, which stand for the age and birth dates of his family members.
