”. The Calgary-based Filipino artist, Harvey Nichols, added “the Neon Art Light Workshop at the Vivo Recreational Centre is more than just an art event; it’s a vibrant celebration of creativity and communityNeon lights, with their vivid glow and captivating allure, trace a significant part of their history back to Asia in the 1980s, a period that saw cities like Tokyo and Hong Kong illuminate their skylines with these vibrant tubes of light.
